What Konica Minolta says [A]
- The notice quotes Microsoft's timeline correctly as far as we can see: disabled by default at end of December 2026; final removal date to be announced in H2 2027.
- Affected functions vary by product group (#1 to #10): scan to e-mail, scan to me/URL, e-mail from a user box, internet fax, forward/TSI routing, result reports, status/counter notifications.
- Updated firmware with OAuth 2.0 has been released for the main models (several groups show "Released" or "Mar, 2026"; some models are marked N/A: no firmware planned; AccurioPress group #10 is mostly "Under planning"). Look up your exact model in the notice's table; our extraction of that table is messy, so read the PDF itself.
- Limitation: for product groups #1, #2 and #10, refresh tokens can only be obtained from the administrator settings on the device panel; Web Connection is not supported.
- Workarounds for N/A models: use scan destinations other than e-mail (SMB, Home, FTP, WebDAV, BOX), or print/IP-fax alternatives; for Exchange Online they say use a mail service other than Exchange Online. In this kit's terms: HVE (internal only), SMTP relay connector, third-party service, or your own mail server (generic guide).
- Setup guides exist for groups #1 and #2; #10 was "in preparation" at the time.
What we could not verify
- The PDF's setup guides; the exact model-to-group table (partly garbled in our extraction).
